Under the direct supervision of the Humanitarian Coordination Officer and overall guidance of the Head of the Cox’s Bazar Sub-Office, and in close collaboration with programme staff, M&E unit in Dhaka, the Programme Officer-Monitoring and Evaluation will perform the followings:
- Design and implement results-based monitoring and evaluation system for UNFPA’s response in Cox’s Bazar:
- Develop, update and implement costed M&E plan of UNFPA’s humanitarian response in Cox’s Bazar for the monitoring and evaluation activities, inline with the JRP and ongoing projects
- Develop monitoring and evaluation framework, data collection tools for new projects as and when required;
- Design and conduct survey/assessment/evaluation as needed;
- Develop/update common indicators for data collection, its tools/ formats, and coordinate regular data collection;
- Collect, analyze and report data from the implementing partners relating to Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH), including family planning and Gender-based Violence (GBV) services as per the overall response plan of CXB;
- Provide oversight, technical and capacity-building support to UNFPA and Implementing partners staff monitoring and evaluation activities from the RBM perspective
