The Position:
The Programme Analyst is located at Cox’s Bazar of Bangladesh CO and reports to the Programme Coordinator-SRH and work closely with the Technical Specialist – Gender to manage the World Bank-funded Health and Gender Support Project (HGSP) of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) implemented in Cox’s Bazar.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Provide programmatic and operational support for the implementation of SRH and gender components of HGSP in accordance with the UNFPA policies and procedures manual (PPM).
- Support SRHR and Gender Unit in preparing the Work Plan, Budget and procurement plan with close coordination with SRHR coordinator and the technical specialist for the gender unit.
- Manage financial expenditure reporting, preparation of e FACE and entry in the system
- Monitor and prepare a periodic report on implementation rates for the project
