The Position:
The GBV Programme Analyst is based in Cox’s Bazar Sub Office, as part of the gender component implementation team for the Health and Gender Support Project (HGSP) funded by the WB. S/he shall directly report to the GBV Programme Specialist. S/he will closely work with Implementing Partners’ (IP) for a successful rollout of GBVIMS as per the Project document and for quality assurance and reporting for related indicators, as well as will liaise with the Country Office (CO) Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) and GBV team, National GBV Cluster Coordinator, GBV in Emergency (GBViE) team and GBV Sub Sector in Cox's Bazar Sub Office.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and update a simple work plan/strategy developed jointly with the GBVIMS Task Force/Interagency coordination group for the GBVIMS rollout /implementation ensuring a clear implementation process.
- Produce case management module/updated training materials for GBV case management training in coordination with relevant counterparts/GBV actors in Cox’s Bazar and CO.
- Bring coherence and synergy between the projects with regards to GBVIMS within gender programmes using a results-based management approach to planning and design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
