The Position:
The GBV Programme Analyst is based in Cox’s Bazar Sub Office, as part of the gender component implementation team for the Health and Gender Support Project (HGSP) funded by the WB. S/he shall directly report to the GBV Programme Specialist.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Bring coherence and synergy between various IPs in frames of the WB using a results-based management approach to planning and design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
- Coordinate and work closely with the SRHR programme (development and humanitarian), GBV in Emergency (GBViE), GBV Sub Sector and other relevant stakeholders to create synergy in programme management with the view to achieving seamless humanitarian and development collaboration.
- Lead and guide the capacity development of the WB IPs on WP management as in line with UNFPA Policies and Procedures Manual (PPM).
