UNFPA maintains a dedicated presence in the Cox’s Bazar district with an office and personnel to oversee GBV response and prevention programming for Rohingya and host communities, working with implementing partners to deliver quality services.  The District Community Engagement officer will build capacity of implementing partners to engage communities in attitudinal and behavior change relating to GBV and gender equality.   The incumbent will support and coordinate social mobilization activities across UNFPA’s GBV service facilities and areas and monitor the quality of GBViE program implementation in Rohingya and host communities.
