The National Women Empowerment Officer will support the GBViE team to design and develop context-specific innovative and evidence-based prevention and mitigation programming in line with GBV Guiding principles, approaches, and UNFPA Minimum Standards for Prevention and Response to Gender-Based Violence in Emergencies. The National Women Empowerment Officer will build the capacity of implementing partners and communities through applying personal, social, and economic empowerment approaches. The incumbent will support and coordinate women empowerment and livelihood activities across UNFPA’s GBV service facilities and areas and monitor the quality of GBViE program implementation in Rohingya and host communities.
