The overall purpose of this assignment is to analyze socio-cultural problems in order to define key barriers and motivators to change, and to generate data/information that will help design and implement a comprehensive set of interventions to support and encourage positive behaviors to transform negative, discriminatory and harmful social norms, stereotypes, attitudes and practices of duty bearers and rights holders. The outcome of the exercise will guide the development of the SBCC plan/strategy and the design of SBCC campaigns and interventions, ensuring communication objectives are set, the intended audience is identified and consistent messages are developed.
