Under the overall guidance of the GBViE Programme Specialist and the direct supervision of the International Vulnerability Consultant, the Research Assistant will be working on a four-month contract to support: Interpretation, translation and assist in interviews and data collection for vulnerability baseline and situational reports at the beginning of the project.

She/he will be supporting the International Consultant to identify the risks, needs, and challenges of groups within the Rohingya population including, but not limited to, women and girls, people living with disabilities, the elderly, and female-headed households. S/he will help in the analysis that will describe the baseline vulnerability scenario, including an examination of the underlying social inequalities that put all women and girls at risk of violence.
