The primary purpose of the assignment is to prepare a technical report/policy paper on the need for updating National Health Policy 2011 and National Education Policy 2011 and its strategic plans by developing clear and convincing justifications along with implementation guidelines to support Bangladesh Government to reap the demographic dividend.
